Blast from the Past
December 30, 2008As I look back on 2008, one of the little things I’ll remember about the year was my introduction to Facebook. At some point over the past year, I created an account but didn’t fill out any of the information. Nor did I upload photos, “poke” anyone, comment on someone’s status, or any of the other quirky little things that make Facebook so addicting.
Anyway, several months after I created my account, I suddenly received several e-mails of people I knew who wanted to be my “friend”. Curiosity got the best of me and now, as much as it pains me, I’m addicted to Facebook. The greatest thing about it, for me, is the ability to reconnect with all these people from high school–and even earlier in some cases–and answer that age-old question of “What ever happened to…”.
One of the people I reconnected with was Bret. Bret and his beautiful family live in Utah now and were in town visiting some family, so it was a great opportunity to reconnect and shoot some cool images of the family. It was a cold and blustery afternoon, but we had a blast and made some awesome images.
